Welcome to the RC Gir Resort, Wildlife Lovers! Following are the terms & conditions we have provided which you must agree to follow by booking and staying at our resort.
Booking Policy:
The guest who wants to check in at our resort must be age 18 or above. Our guests must carry a valid photo ID with them for successful check-in, Booking of your stay will be confirmed upon payment. Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport, are the Identification proof we need to book your staycation if not, unfortunately, we won’t be able to book your stay.
Check-in Check-out time:
The check-in time is 12:00 PM and the check-out time is 10:00 AM. An early check-in and check-out can be done according to the availability, extra charges may be taken.
Guest Behavior:
We expect our guests to maintain dignity and we expect that they will protect and respect the resort's belongings, respect our staff, and facilities. If guests show any unacceptable, rude behavior or harm to our facilities, such behaviors come to light, it is our responsibility to investigate the issue and take action against it.
Responsibility:
Our resort will not be responsible for any of your loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend our guests keep their personal belongings safe and secure while also trying to keep the resort clean and maintain hygiene.
Facilities Use:
Only registered guests have access to the resort's amenities. Visitors are required to follow safety regulations and policies regarding facilities and activities.
Confirmation:
When getting closer to the check-in time, we will contact our guests for confirmation of the arrival and time of the arrival. In case of not responding to our calls or messages, we unfortunately have to hold the process of booking or might cancel the stay. In a case like this, once we get connected with our guests again, we will try to rearrange the booking. We are not responsible for canceling the bookings when it comes to uncontrollable events that occur that are out of our hands.
Feedback:
We may try to reach out to our guests regarding improving and expanding our services and asking them about their experience of staying at our resort.
Privacy:
All the personal information and details our guests will share with us will be going to stay private with us and it will be purely used for reservation and communication purposes.
